Your honest experience helps the next collector choose well.
If you purchased from The Art of Hakan Hısım, we welcome a short, truthful review of the product you received. Photos and videos are optional. We never treat a customer’s image, words, or social post as permission to publish it elsewhere without asking first.
What to send
- Your order number and the product name.
- A short note about the artwork, fit, size, material, color, or everyday use—whatever you actually experienced.
- An optional rating from 1 to 5, with the reason for the rating.
- An optional photo or video showing the product in your space or on you. Please do not include private information in the frame.
How permission works
Sending feedback does not automatically grant permission for public use. If you want us to share your words or media on a product page, social channel, email, or other store marketing, say so explicitly and tell us how you would like to be credited. We may ask you to confirm permission separately before publication.
You can request removal of an approved submission at any time by contacting us with the order number or the original permission message.
Send your feedback
Use the Contact Us page and include Review / UGC in the subject or first line. We will not publish private order details, your email address, or unapproved imagery.
We do not pay for positive reviews, edit customer opinions to change their meaning, or suppress negative experiences. Feedback may be used to improve product information and sizing guidance even when it is not published.
